The Devils Foursum is one of the weapons you want so that you can splash yourself with Radiation and gain that damage buff from the artifact. The reason you want to do that is because you will also require an Elemental Projector Artifact which will give you a significant damage boost while you are suffering from an elemental effect of that type.
